Conduit Planning LLC is led by Michael Forman, AICP. Michael brings over a decade of planning leadership and experience, with an extensive background in comprehensive plan creation and guidance, area planning and collaboration, zoning regulation creation and enforcement, Brownfields revitalization, and grant preparation and administration.

Michael has prior experience serving as Planning Director for the City of Travelers Rest, as well as leading the Anderson County Planning and Community Development Department and Greenville County Zoning Administration. Michael proudly served as vice-chair of the City of Mauldin Planning Commission, as well as on the Board of Directors for Piedmont Health Foundation and Habitat for Humanity of Anderson County.
